Monroe business cited by PLCB

A Monroe County business has been cited by the Wilkes-Barre enforcement office of the state liquor control board.

Theresa’s Lakeview Bar and Grill LLC, 33 Leisure Lands, 3336 Frontier Road, in Middle Smithfield Township, was cited on Nov. 17, 2017, for the transport of malt or brewed beverages without a license.

This charge will be brought before an administrative law judge who has the authority to imposed penalties ranging from $50 to $1,000 for minor offenses and up to $5,000 for more serious offenses. In addition, the judge can also impose a license suspension or revocation based on the severity of the charge brought.
