Monroe man charged with sexual assault of dog
An East Stroudsburg man is being held in jail without bail after being charged by state police at the Stroudsburg barracks on charges of having sex with an animal.
Justin Kraeber, 25, was arrested on June 21 and arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Brian R. Germano of Marshalls Creek.
Police said at 4 a.m. May 24, they received a complaint from a woman in New Jersey relating to sexual communication with Kraeber. Police said Kraeber had been engaging in sexually explicit conversations, specifically detailing his sexual desires of his 4-year-old daughter.
Additionally, police said, Kraeber communicated that he had previously been engaging in sexual intercourse with dogs and then produced and sent videos of him committing these acts with his dog.
Kraeber had been arrested in September 2018 for crimes related to the sexual assault of a minor and corruption of minors, but was released on bail in April.
