Monroe motorcylist killed in crash
A Monroe County motorcyclist was killed in a crash on Friday afternoon.
State police at Stroudsburg identified the victim as Brian Killeen, 55, of Saylorsburg.
Troopers said Killeen was operating a 1997 Honda Goldwing bike southbound on Twin Pine Road, near the intersection with Setzer Road, in Hamilton Township, at 2:43 pm. when he lost control during a right-hand turn onto Setzer Road.
The bike slid alongside the road during the turn traveling about 127 feet before striking a tree.
Killeen was pronounced dead at the scene, troopers said.
