Monroe woman facing threats count

A Monroe County woman was charged on Thursday following a threats incident.

State police at Lehighton responded about 9:26 a.m. to the Aaron’s Rental Company, Sterling Valley Road, in Polk Township, for a report of a problem. During the investigation it was learned that Brandi Klinger, 42, of Kunkletown, had made threatening comments to a Reading woman.

As a result Klinger was charged with terroristic threats, simple assault and resisting arrest. She was placed in the county prison in Snydersville on $10,000 bail but has since been released.
