Named to dean’s list

Amanda Plocinik has been named to the dean’s list at Penn State University, Harrisburg Campus, for the spring semester of her freshman year with a GPA of 3.5.

Amanda will be continuing her education as a sophomore at the Harrisburg Campus majoring in environmental science.

Amanda is the daughter of Ann Therese and Tony Plocinik of Beltzville Lake, granddaughter of Peter Kupec and the late Bernadine Kupec of Lansford, and Ron and Bernie Plocinik of South Carolina.

She is a 2017 graduate of Palmerton Area High School.
