NCC hosts seminar on starting a food truck

With the growing popularity of food trucks offering a range of cuisines, you may be thinking of opening your own.

Northampton Community College’s class “So You Want to Open a Mobile Food Truck Business” will teach participants how to build a menu, create a brand and the right equipment to get started. The class will also cover how to find funding and suppliers.

The class will meet from 6 to 9 p.m. on Dec. 3 at the Fowler Family Southside Center, 511 E. Third St., Bethlehem. There is a fee.
