New Tripoli student teachers makes presentation

Faculty and students in the Teacher Education Department at Misericordia University, Dallas, recently collaborated to make the scholarly presentation, “Learning Centers: Meaningful Math and Literacy Collaboration for Preservice Teachers,” at the annual Pennsylvania Association of College and Teacher Educators Conference in Harrisburg.

Student teacher Melissa Smith of New Tripoli was one of the students who made the presentation, which explored the collaboration of learning centers between math and reading methods and preservice teachers.
