NL’s Posivak signs with Slippery Rock
Northern Lehigh’s Madison Posivak will continue her academic and athletic career at Slippery Rock University, where she will play field hockey. Posivak, flanked by her mother, Michelle Walters, and father, Eric Walters, was the team MVP her senior season, as the Bulldogs qualified for the District 11 playoffs for the fourth time in her career. A four-year member of the varsity team, the forward/midfielder has scored 20 goals and recorded 20 assists, and was honored for her play with a second team selection on the Colonial League All-Star team.
