Mortgage foreclsoures
Green Tree Consumer Discount Company, Tempe, Ariz., filed suit against William J. Valentine claiming he has defaulted mortgage payments on the property at 122 N. Crescent St., Tamaqua, and seeks a judgment in amount of $39,664.91 plus interest, costs and fee.
Bayview Loan Services, LLC, Coral Gables, Fla., filed suit against Elphega President, Brooklyn, N.Y., claiming he has defaulted mortgage payments on the property at 139 W. Broad St., Tamaqua, and seeks a judgmenmt of $161,535.71 plus interest.
Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, West Palm Beach, Fla., filed suit against Deborah Ehret, formerly Deborah Comisac claiming she had defaulted on mortgage payments on property at 83 Lumber Lane, New Ringgold, and seek a judgment in amount of $59,100 plus interest.
Drug dealer
Kasa Delana Brennan, 27, Shenandoah, pleaded guilty to possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and was sentenced by Judge Jacqueline Russell to serve one to two years in a state correctional facility followed by two additional years on probation under state supervision. She also must pay $100 to the Substance Abuse Education fund and $176 to the Criminal Justice Enhancement Account.
Bail hearing
Gary Scott Jr., 25, Tamaqua, had his bail reduced by Judge John E. Domalakes from $50,000 straight cash to $5,000 percentage with conditions he must reside at 14 W. Broad St., and must not relocate without prior permission from court, must remain employed, and must not possess alcohol or illegal substance.
Scott was cited by Tamaqua Cpl. Henry Woods, and is charged with burglary of the storage building of Kane Lumber Company, 500 W. Cottage Avenue, criminal trespass, receiving stolen property, and criminal mischief by causing damage to an interior door.
Vincent Keller, 27, of 1107 Butler St., Easton, request for bail reduction was dismissed by Judge Domalakes and it remains at $15,000 straight cash. Keller was cited by Coaldale Chief Timothy Delaney, and charged with criminal conspiracy, possession of a manufacturing chemicals in garage, possession of a counterfit substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Credit default
F&A Card Services, Phoenix, Ariz., filed suit against Nathan Kemmery, of 862 W. Penn St., Tamaqua, claiming he has defaulted on credit card payments. Sought is $4,993.51.
