Auto crash suit

Shirley and Gerald Hydro, SR903, Jim Thorpe, filed a civil action against Michael Minder, 875 Lake Drive, Lehighton, over an automobile accident that occurred on Jan. 9, 2009, on Kattners Mountain in Jim Thorpe.

The suit alleges a vehicle operated by Minder rear-ended a vehicle driven by Shirley Hydro. Negligence is alleged for injuries sustained and detailed in the suit.

Sought is damages in excess of the compulsory arbitration limits set for the county.
