Rotary event 'Not Just Another Auction'

The Rotary Club of the Stroudsburgs presents its seventh annual Not Just Another Auction, "The Luck of the Rotary," from 6 to 10 p.m. March 16 at Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort. It includes an Irish-inspired buffet dinner, entertainment, silent and live auctions and a cash bar.

During the event, the third annual Alex "Buzz" Bensinger Lifetime Achievement award will be presented to Charles and Virginia Kirkwood for their dedication to the community and support of the principles of Rotary and the Rotary Club of the Stroudsburgs.

Proceeds will benefit Valor Clinic Foundation's Veterans' Unstoppable PTSD program, as well as Women's Resources and the club's other nonprofit and charitable causes.
