PV Women's Club

The Panther Valley Women's Club will hold its monthly meeting at the Viennese Villa Restaurant on Monday, Oct. 22 at 6:30 p.m. A fun evening is planned and will include a costume party and bingo with prizes. Women 18 and older who have an interest in local civic activities and helping fellow Panther Valley citizens are encouraged to attend.

PV All Night Committee meeting

The 2013 Panther Valley All Night Committee will meet on Tuesday, Oct. 23 at 7 p.m. in the high school cafeteria. Parents are needed to help with planning this year's events. All parents are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Coaldale

First Congregational Church

A meeting of Kids Klub, geared toward youths ages 3-10, will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 24, at First Congregational Church, Coaldale. Also at 6 p.m. on Oct. 24, Adult Bible Study will be held.

Morning Worship will be held at 9 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 21, followed by Sunday School for all ages at 10 a.m.

Democratic club

The Nesquehoning Democratic Club will hold a meeting at Maple Shade Meadows, 50 East Locust St., on Sunday, Oct. 21, starting at 6 p.m. All interested Democrats are invited to attend this very important meeting, at which time the upcoming election will be discussed and plans will be formulated for election day.
