Birth

A daughter, Virginia Rose Horning, was born to Sarah and Joel Horning of Watervliet, N.Y., at 9:14 p.m., on Nov. 10, 2011, in Albany Medical Center, Albany, N.Y. She weighed 8 pounds, 3 ounces, and measured 19.75 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Morris and Suzanne Bloomfield of Palmerton.

Paternal grandparents are Reuben and Gail Horning of Denver, Pa.
