Four cited for drugs in Tamaqua

Four people were cited by Tamaqua Police on Jan. 30 after they were found together in an apartment with drug paraphernalia.

Officers went to an apartment at 263 Lafayette St. at 2:18 p.m. after receiving a call from state constables.

The men were at the apartment to execute arrest warrants when they saw drug-related items in plain view in the living room and kitchen.

The items included syringes, glass pipes, small baggies and a metal spoon.

Cited for possession were Christina Fletcher, 40, of 305 W. Broad St., Tamaqua; Daniel Dannenfelser, 41, of 11 Cherry St., Tamaqua; Brett Rodriguez, 38, of 263 Lafayette St., Tamaqua; and Zachary Zerby, 23, of 263 Lafayette St., Tamaqua.
