Pocono Mountain East opened Mountain Valley Conference play with a 5-2 victory over Lehighton.

James Sverchek and Justin Zeigenfuss posted the Indians' lone team points with singles' victories.

Vince Voulo, Jon White and Jon Walmach swept singles' play for the Bears.

Voulo and White also paired up for a doubles' play win, while the Bears' tandem of James Osinski and Jeff Olah added another victory.
