ANDREW LEIBENGUTH/TIMES NEWS During this time of financial difficulty, every girl deserves a chance to attend her prom dressed like a princess. The first annual Tamaqua "Belle of the Ball" prom dress collection event, a community outreach partnership project of both the Zion Lutheran Church and Tamaqua Area High School staff, is still seeking donations of gently-used gowns, shoes and jewelry.
