Texting violates court PFA order
A Pine Grove man who texted a woman who has a Protection from Abuse order against him was charged by state police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks with contempt of court charges.
Police said Steven D. Zimmerman, 36, texted Debra Allison Graeff, 38, of Tremont, on Dec. 25 and 29, using his father's cell phone.
Police took him before a district justice for arraignment after which time he posted bail.
