Man is victim of PayPal fraud
An Auburn man has reported an identity theft case to state police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks.
Ricky Oswald, 57, reported to police someone used his name and address to create a PayPal account online and then proceeded to make purchases totaling $1,396.29 during the month of November.
The location of the violation is 462 Greentree Drive, West Brunswick Township.
