Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Fort Mill, S.C., filed against Susan Ingersoll, Mount Maurel, N.J., over a property at 1861 Wylie Circle, Albrightsville. Sought is $159,833.67, plus continuing interest, costs and fees.
Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Fort Mill, S.C., filed against Lisa A. Kresge, 235 Lafayette Ave., Palmerton, over a property at that address. Sought is $77,642.38, plus continuing interest, costs and fees.
First Niagara Bank, N.A., successor by merger to Harleysville National Bank, Lockport, N.Y., filed against Richard Hartzell and Wanda Hartzell, Pennsburg, Pa., over a property at 230 W. Ridge St., Lansford. Sought is $31,486.45, plus continuing interest, costs and fees.
Federal tax lien
The U.S. Internal Revenue Service, Department of the Treasury, Detroit, Mich., has filed a tax lien in the amount of $46,837.12 against Regional EMS & Critical Care, Inc., P.O. Box 191, Lehighton. The lien states the outstanding balance owed represents employer taxes not paid to the Treasury.
Owes for vehicle
Americredit Financial Services, Inc., Arlington, Tex., filed an action against Tamika Smith, 202 Pohopoco Road, HC 3 Box 3173, Albrightsville, claiming the defendant defaulted on a retail installment contract involving the purchase of a 2005 Nissan Altima.
The plaintiff is seeking judgment in the amount of the outstanding balance on the contract of $3,718.36, plus interest, attorney's fees and costs, and asks the court to award the plaintiff immediate possession of the vehicle.
Credit defaults
The following actions were filed by a credit card companies, or their collection agencies, for alleged defaults on a credit card/loan account:
Citibank, N.A., Sioux Falls, S.D., filed against Mahendra Arjume, 619 Mountain Road, Albrightsville, seeking $4,524.60.
FIA Card Services, N.A., Newark, Del., filed against Dennis J. Grivalsky, 38 E. Point Road, Albrightsville, seeking $16,366.46.
Campground seeks
fees for facilities
The Woods Campground, Inc., 845 Vaughn Acres Lane, Lehighton, has filed a civil action against Camp, LLC, Devon, Pa., claiming the defendant failed to pay it for rental of facilities and other services the plaintiff provided.
The complaint states Camp, LLC, entered into an event agreement with the plaintiff to rent its property from Aug. 19-22, 2011, and did in fact utilize the campground pursuant to the agreement.
The plaintiff claims the defendant failed to pay $18,133 for services that included: 257 guests at $40 ($10,280); 70 volunteers at $10 ($700); unpaid balance after credit for the security deposit, $1,530; out-of-pocket expenses for tents obtained at the request of the defendant, $4,873; and payment to a disc jockey at the defendant's request, $750.
The plaintiff is seeking judgment in the amount of $18,133, plus interest and costs of the suit.
