Three cited for underage drinking
Three teens were cited for underage drinking in Schuylkill County.
State police at Schuylkill Haven said troopers responded to 11 Rudy St., Cressona, about 12:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 4, for a report of loud noise.
Upon arrival troopers said Phillip Snyder Jr., 19, of New Ringgold, Mark Leib, 18, of Friedensburg, and Shelby Cooley, 19, of Richfield Springs, N.Y., were at the residence and found to be consuming alcoholic beverages.
The three were cited, troopers said.
