Lady Wreckers win finale

The Weatherly girls posted a win in their season finale, rallying to defeat Moravian Academy in a non-league contest.

Jamie Dougherty tallied a team-high 18 points and the Wreckers (6-16) pulled away in the second half for a 46-39 victory.

Dougherty hit for eight points in the third quarter and Alicia Panzarella added seven as Weatherly used a 20-5 third frame to offset a halftime deficit.

Panzarella ended with 11 points while the Lions' Rachel Redles scored a team-high 18 points on six three-pointers.

In the JV game, Weatherly rolled to a 58-31 win.
