Don't abandon cats

Dear Editor:

Our dairy farm is home to many cats. A few our own, most, unfortunate strays abandoned all too frequently by their owners.

It is a crime in PA to abandon any domestic animals. You are not doing these cats a favor, but maybe it makes you feel better. Please take responsibility for your animals and find them a home or take them to a shelter where they'll have a chance to be adopted.
