The following actions were filed as mortgage foreclosures for alleged defaults on loans.

Suntrust Mortgage Inc., 1001 Semmes Ave., Richmond, Va., filed against Diane King and Antonio Phillips, of 2201 W. Union St., Allentown, over property at Lot 39A and 40, Rhododendron, aka, 18 White Pine, Jim Thorpe. Sought is $167,361.51 and continuing interest.

U.S. Bank National Association, c/o 3476 Stateview Blvd., Fort Mill, S.C., filed against Rita C. Mattera and Elman Hoffer, 745 Seventh St., Whitehall, over property at 860 E. Patterson St., Lansford. Sought is $40,517.62 and continuing interest.

Bank of America, 1800 Tapo Canyon Rd., Simi Valley, Calif., filed against Brian M. Wert, 11 Teaberry Lane, Jim Thorpe, over property at that address. Sought is $20,723..51 and continuing interest.

Bank of America filed against Christopher Solarczyk, 276 Lehigh Ave., Palmerton, over property at that address. Sought is $65,592.91 and continuing interest.

PNC Bank, c/o 6720 Miller Rd., Brecksville, Ohio, filed against Kimberly A. Fort, 3017 Landmark Blvd., Palm Harbor, Fla., over property at 203-205 Bankway, Lehighton. Sought is $41,312.85 and continuing interest.

The Jim Thorpe National Bank, 12 Broadway, Jim Thorpe, filed against Betty Lou Straddling and Paul J. Levy, in their capacity as co-executors of the estate of Harry W. Davidson Jr., deceased, over property at 156 Loggie Rd., Nesquehoning. Sought is $66,246.05 and continuing interest.

LNV Corporation, c/o, Lake Zurich, Ill., filed against James M. and Nadine C. Frey, 16 White Oak Rd., Nesquehoning, over property at that address. Sought is $155,628.95 and continuing interest.

Wells Fargo Bank, c./o 3476 Stateview Blvd., Fort Mill, S.C., filed against Julius D. Feinstein, 2285 Ocean Ave., Brooklyn, N.Y., over property at Lot 1336, Bishop Circle, aka, 154 Bishop Circle, Albrightsville. Sought is $125,788.21 and continuing interest.

Divorce started

Carl Anthony Stadmuller, 780 Edgemont Ave., Pamlerton, filed against Amy Lynn Stadmuller, same address. They were married Sept. 6, 1997.

Default alleged

Metropolitan Medical & Surgical, c/o Box 11848, Harrisburg, filed a civil action against Christopher Romano, 164 Chippewa Trail, Albrightsville, alleging he defaulted on a financial assignment and release agreement. Sought is $3,040 plus interest, costs and fees.

Portfolio Recovery Associates, Norfolk, Va., filed two actions as follows: Pedro Cabrera, 737 Bee Hollow Drive, Lehighton, seeking $618.69; and Frances Rehrig, 427 White St., Weissport, seeking $1,107.68.

Note defaults

PNC Bank, Fifth Ave. and Wood St., Pittsburgh, filed two actions alleging defaults on a promissory note.

An action was filed against Salvatore and Christine Baldassano, 22 Shadblue Lane, Jim Thorpe, and also Saltine Enterprise, 1215 North St., Jim Thorpe, involving the same note. Sought is $36,131.20 plus interest, costs and fees.

Note default
