Project would benefit from a coordinator

Dear Editor:

After reading the reports on the Packerton Yards project, it seems the project would benefit from appointing a point person to coordinate the various phases of the project.

They should be well versed in the legalities required, and be given a deadline, and be monitored for progress.

Bringing in Indusry, preferably Manufacturing, would help our high unemployment situation. Tourism is great but we need a more reliable source of income and tax base, one can only hope. I just don't get why drawing up legal paperwork is such a big physical act to execute, either get the job done or pass it to someone who can and will. Please!
