PV tops W. Hills

Pleasant Valley advanced to the championship game Greater Pocono Junior High Basketball Tournament.

Matt Pierce hit a clutch three-pointer with seven seconds left and later added two big free throws to help Pleasant Valley defeat Warren Hills, 32-29, in the semifinals of the Greater Pocono Basketball Tournament.

Brendan Kearns and Austyn Borre added ten and nine points respectively in the win.

The Bears (19-4) will now play Saturday in the championship game.
