Revoctions
Paroles and probation was revoked by Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin of the following:
Andrew Cl. Bakerofskie, 21, Girardville, had his probation revoked and he was re-sentenced on two counts of terroristic threats to serve one to two years in a state correctional facility with credit for serving 53 days in the county prison. Bakerofskie had pleaded guilty on May 18, 2011, to the charges and was placed on probation.
Nicholas Joseph Pinnelle, 31, Pottsville, had his probation revoked and he was committed to the county prison and the 79 days of liberty were disallowed and added to his maximum sentence which was extended to July 23, 2013. Pinnelle had pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia on Sept. 3, 2009, and was placed on probation.
James Andrew Johnson, 42, Gordon, had his parole revoked and he was recommited to the county prison to serve his maximum sentence and his four days of liberty were disallowed and added to his maximum sentence which was extended to May 24, 2013. Johnson had pleaded guilty to criminal trespass in an apartment in the 100 block on W. Biddle St., Gordon, on Sept. 21, 2011, and after serving time in prison was released on probation.
Jessica Burd, 36, Dunmore, had her parole revoked and was committed to the county prison to serve the balance of her sentence and 72 days of liberty were disallowed and added to her maximum date for release which was extended to July 25, 2012. Burd had pleaded guilty to forging the name of a doctor on a prescription and after serving 26 days in prison was released on probation. This was her second parole violation.
Michael Joseph Tassone, Ashland, had his probation revoked by Judge John E. Domalakes and he was re-sentenced on a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol to serve five to 23 months in the county prison and received credit for spending 51 days in jail. He had pleaded guilty to the charge on Sept. 23, 2010, and was placed on probation six months.
Foreclosure
HSBC Bank, USA, National Association, as trustee in trust for Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust Inc., Fort Mill, S.C., filed a suit against Donald J. Eckley, 59 Beaver St., Lehighton, alleging he had defaulted on mortgage payments on a property at 25 N. Railroad Ave., Frackville, and seeks a judgment in amount of $30,882.22 plus interest and costs.
