Slip and fall suit

The suit states on May 2, 2010, the plaintiff was in the store as a customer when she was caused to slip and fall due to a dangerious condition that existed at the end of an aisle. She sustained injuries detailed in the suit.
Negligence is alleged and sought are damages not in excess of $50,000.
