Zimmerman elected new D-11 chairman
Northwestern Lehigh Athletic Director Jason Zimmerman was elected as the new District 11 chairman, replacing the retiring Jack Wabby, at the annual spring meeting on Wednesday at the Pottsville Club.
Zimmerman, the vice chairman, was voted to the position on an 11-7 vote over Whitehall Athletic Director Bob Hartman and district secretary.
He will begin his duties on July 1.
