Revoke probation
Shane Michael Drumheller, 29, Elysburg, had his probation revoked by Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin and he was remanded to a state correctional institution to serve two years, three months and 11 days. He received credit for serving nine months and 89 days in the county prison.
On a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol, which he pleaded guilty on Nov. 28, 2008, he received a sentence of nine months to five years. He also had entered a guilty plea on April 14, 2012, to a second DUI charge and was sentenced to serve one to five years in a state prison. On a charge of unauthorized use of a car, he was sentenced to serve six to 12 months, consecutive.
