Margaret Bricker, Schuylkill Haven, was granted a divorce from Randy E. Bricker, Waynesboro. They were married May 8, 2000.
Sandra Mae Roman was granted a divorce from Carl J. Roman, both of Schuylkill Haven. They were married March 19, 1983.
William Karl Weiser, Schuylkill Haven, was granted a divorce from Jeanette M. Weiser, Auburn. They were married Mach 16, 2002.
Joseph D. Brennan was granted a divorce from Brenda Jo Brennan, both of Pottsville. They were married Sept. 2, 1989.
Dawn M. Schlein was granted a divorce from Robert H. Schlein, both of Pine Grove. They were married June 26, 2003.
Michael Peron, Minersville, was granted a divorce from Annette Peron, Pottsville. They were married Nov. 9, 1974.
Foreclosure
Bank of America, Plano, Tex., filed suit against Joseph Kristopaitis, 279 Roosevelt Drive, Mahanoy City, claiming he has defaulted on his mortgage payments and seeks a judgement for $37,043.57 plus interest and costs.
Credit card debt
Citibank, N.A., Philadelphia, filed suit against Beth A. Williams, 63 Fawn Lane, Tamaqua R.D., claiming she owes a balance of $3,905.04 on her credit card.
Discover Bank filed suit against Frankie J. Krell, 222 Pitt St., Tamaqua, alleging he owes a balance of $1,453.11 on his credit card.
CACH, LLC, Denver, Colo., filed suit against Raymond Poreca and Raymond J. Poreca, both of 554 Fairview St., Tamaqua R.D., alleging they owe a balance of $9,633.16 on their credit card.
Guilty plea
Michael Erik Sleva, 20, Pottsville, pleaded guilty to retail theft from Walmart Store, Saint Clair, and was placed on probation for 12 months by Judge John E. Domalakes with the condition he undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and must maintain employment. Other special conditions was the dissolving of a bench warrant. Sleva also must pay $50 to the Criminal Justice Enhancement Account fund and cout coss and a $50 monthly supervision
Revoke parole
Nicholas M. McCabe, 22, Shenandoah, had his parole revoked by Judge Domalakes and he was remanded to the county prison to serve his sentence and his 174 days of liberty disallowed and added to his new maximum date for release, Jan. 14, 2013. McCabe had entered guilty plea last February to delivery of illegal drugs in Shenandoah and after serving four months in prison was released on probation for 23 months.
