Graduates with honors

Aaron Tucker, Lansford, graduated with honors from Kutztown University on May 12.

Aaron graduate cum laude from the College of Education with a 3.59 GPA. He received a bachelor of science degree with a dual certification in both special education and elementary education.

Aaron is a 2008 graduate of Panther Valley High School. He is the son of John and Lisa Tucker of Lansford, and the grandson of Mary Tucker and the late Edward Tucker of Lansford, and the late William and Sara Doris of Tamaqua.

Named to dean's list

Andrew Tucker of Lansford was named to the dean's list at Misericordia University for the spring semester of 2012. Andrew has a 3.67 GPA, and is in the doctorate of physical therapy program, with a minor in health care management.

Andrew is a member of the Misericordia track and field team. He competes in throwing events. This past May he qualified for the MAC finals in the hammer throw and competed at Elizabethtown University.

Andrew is a 2010 graduate of Panther Valley High School. He is the son of John and Lisa Tucker of Lansford, and the grandson of Mary Tucker and the late Edward Tucker of Lansford, and the late William and Sara Doris of Tamaqua.
