Graduates with honors

Stephen V. Sverchek graduated May 7 with honors, cum laude, from the A.J. Palumbo School of Business with a major in marketing and a minor in entrepreneurship.

Stephen is a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society. He successfully completed internships while attending Duquesne University at Bridgestone-Firestone Tire Co., ADP Corp. and the Humane Society of Allegheny County, where he is currently working while he awaits his final assignment as a volunteer with the Peace Corps.

Stephen is the son of Mark and Anne Sverchek of Lehighton and the grandson of the late John and Veronica Sverchek of Lansford and the late William and Anna Corkill of Jim Thorpe.
