Tamaqua police issue citations after disputes
A Tamaqua woman and her juvenile son were cited by Tamaqua police after a loud argument on Feb. 20. The dispute took place at 1:10 p.m. in the area of the East End Fire Company and was so loud that someone called police.
Sheri Keller of 607 E. Broad St., admitted to an officer that she had a loud disagreement with her teenage son over a missing cellphone.
Both were cited for disorderly conduct.
Brandon Scull, 34, of 101 Pine St., Tamaqua, was charged with simple assault and harassment after a domestic dispute on Feb. 15. The victim told police she was involved in an argument with Scull that ended with a head butt to her face.
Scull was arraigned before District Judge Stephen Bayer, of Tamaqua, and released on $10,000 unsecured bail.
