Earns degree in podiatric medicine

Ryan M. Diaz graduated on May 26 from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in a ceremony that took place at Lincoln Center in New York.

Dr. Diaz graduated from Lehighton Area High School in 2002 and from Scranton University in 2006.

Dr. Diaz has passed the board and is currently doing a three-year surgical residency at Scripps Mercy Hospital in San Diego, Calif. where he is residing with his new wife, Alina. He is the son of Dr. Floriel Diaz and Linda K. Arndt, both of Lehighton.
