Horn earns his Ph.D.

Troy Horn, formerly of Lehighton, earned his Ph.D. from John's Hopkins University in biological chemistry, cellular and molecular biology.

He is a graduate of Lehighton Area High School; King's College, where he earned his bachelor's degree; and Scranton University, where he earned his master's degree.

Horn is the son of Arlene Horn of Lehighton and the late Allen Horn. He currently resides in Owings Mills, Md.
