Summit Hill man charged with DUI
A Summit Hill man was charged after police found him to be under the influence of alcohol.
According to Summit Hill police, on May 27, at 9:20 p.m., police conducted a traffic stop after Theodore Williams, 38, of 3 E. Ludlow St., Apt. 3, failed to stop his vehicle at a stop sign.
Upon investigation, police determined that Williams was under the influence of alcohol and did not have a valid driver's license.
He was charged with driving under the influence (DUI), a stop sign violation, and drivers required to be licensed.
