Palmerton teen cited for harassment

State police at Lehighton said a Palmerton teen was cited for harassment.

Troopers said Steven Wright, 19, was cited along Hill Road in Towamensing Township, about 4 a.m. on Friday, July 1, for allegedly grabbing his 18-year-old girlfriend by her arms and throwing her to the ground during a domestic dispute.
