Teen cited for underage drinking
A teen was cited for underage drinking following an incident at the Penn Forest Streams Clubhouse in Penn Forest Township, Carbon County.
State police at Fern Ridge said a 16-year-old male from Jim Thorpe was cited when he was found under the influence of alcohol about 1:40 a.m. on June 30 at the clubhouse.
