Lehighton man has count reduced
A Lehighton man who got into a fight with his father last month had one charge of simple assault dismissed.
Randy Whiteman Jr., 31, of 593 Lower Nis Hollow Road, also had one charge of harassment reduced to a summary offense during a preliminary hearing Wednesday before District Judge Bruce Appleton of Palmerton
