Tamaqua couple reunites in marriage at car show
Carlene (Kohut) Jones and Bruce Jones, both of Tamaqua, were remarried in a special ceremony on Aug. 6, 2011 in Macungie, Pa.
The Hon. Arnold C. Rapoport officiated the double ring ceremony, which took place at Das Awkscht Fescht. The ceremony was held in the Camaro tent at the car show, as Mrs. Jones, who is a deputy clerk for Judge Rapoport, is a fan of Camaros.
Judge Rapoport is a founding member of the car show, and since the couple are car buffs, they felt it was the perfect setting for a second wedding.
Joining the couple for the occasion were their two sons, D'Artagnan and Zachary Jones.
The boys, joined by family friend Michael Lacey, served as ushers.
The matron of honor was Barbara Lacey. Her husband, Gary Lacey, was the best man.
The newlyweds reside in Tamaqua.
