Monroe crash

State police at Lehighton reported investigating a three-vehicle, rear-end crash about 4:49 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 8, along Old Route 115 in Ross Township, Monroe County.

Troopers said Arthur F. Schwedler, 84, of Stroudsburg, driving a 1995 Lincoln Towncar, Tina M. Pokojni, 39, of Tannersville, driving a 2010 Chevrolet Avea LI, and Dawn M. Katz, 44, of Kunkletown, driving a 2004 Toyota Camry, were all northbound. Troopers said the front of Schwedler's car hit the rear of Pokojni's vehicle pushing it into Katz's car.

No one was injured. Troopers cited Schwedler for following too closely.
