Lehighton arrest

Lehighton police reported the arrest of Dale A. Stevens, 50, of Box 178, SR534, Albrightsville, for criminal mischief.

Police said Stevens allegedly damaged another individual's person property.

The incident occurred in the vicinity of the trestle by the Lehigh River, on Tuesday, Aug. 16, about 8:30 p.m.
