Water line dispute
Freddie J. Lesher, 4195 Fireline Rd., Palmerton, filed a civil complaint against Bellview Pump, and Keith Lorah, individually, and doing business as Bellview Pump Sales and Service, 4654 Lehigh Drive, Walnutport.
The suit states the plaintiff hired the defendant firm to install a water line extension at Country Inn & Suites Hotel, at 619 Interchange Rd., Lehighton, on or about Feb. 3, 2010. The work, the suit charges, was not completed within the time frame outlined in the contract.
The multiple count suit seek damages in amounts of $239,000, for breach of contract; $135,000 for failure to comply; and $3,944 for other damages.
