Jim Thorpe man facing charges

Ray A. Ziegenfuss Jr., 40, of 104 North Ave., Jim Thorpe, has been cited by borough police on a charge of criminal trespass.

Police said the incident happened at 7:30 p.m. Aug. 2 at the Sam Miller Field located in the heights section of the borough.

Police said Ziegenfuss had been warned several times that he was banned from the property.
