Wins appeal

A Lehighton man won his appeal of a conviction to a count of harassment.

Adam C. Ash, 30, was convicted by a district judge of one count of harassment for an incident on April 30 at Family Motors in Towamensing Township. He was charged by state police at Lehighton with harassing Gary A. Grauvogel, 48, also of Lehighton.

A summary appeal hearing was held Monday before Carbon County Senior Judge Richard W. Webb. Following hearing testimony in the matter Webb found Ash not guilty of the charge.
