Monroe man facing theft charge
A Monroe County man is facing a charge of theft of services.
State police at Fern Ridge said Amando Garcia, 52, of Saylorsburg, was charged for allegedly throwing three garbage bags contianing his personal household trash into a dumpster owned by Wawa Inc., of Brodheadsville, without the permission or knowledge of the owner.
The incident occurred about 7:48 a.m. on Sept. 2, troopers said.
