Corruption of minors
Criminal charges were filed against Ryan Dillman, 23, of 335 Forest Drive, Palmerton, and James Dillman, 28, of 688 W Princeton Avenue, Palmerton, for two counts each of corruption of minors and one count each of criminal conspiracy. The incident occurred on Sept. 1 at 4:30 p.m. in the 400 block of Lafayette Avenue.
Bad check
Criminal charges were filed against Holly Kuneck, 61, of 573 Lehigh Avenue, Palmerton, for bad check. The incident occurred on Aug. 15 at 1:58 p.m. in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.
Disorderly conduct
Anthony Borrelli, 25, of 621 B White Street, Bowmanstown, and Derek Frable, 28, of 4070 Fireline Road, Palmerton, were cited for disorderly conduct. The violations occurred on Sept. 25 at 8:22 p.m. in the 200 block of Delaware Avenue.
Vehicle violation
Dennis Cardano, 31, of 651 Mauch Chunk Road, Palmerton, was cited for driving under suspension. The violation occurred on Sept. 24 at 12:02 p.m. in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.
Speeding
A citation was issued to Bernard Mungin, 38, of 2324 S Wood Street, Allentown, for speeding. The violation occurred on Sept. 22 at 9:40 p.m. in the 100 block of Delaware Avenue.
Traffic violations
Rebecca Urban, 43, of 630 Lehigh Avenue, Palmerton, was cited for careless driving, accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle or property, and operation of vehicle without a valid license. The violations occurred on Aug. 28 at 1:30 p.m. in the 200 block of Delaware Avenue.
A citation was filed against Terry Miller, 57, of 1500 Fireline Road, Palmerton, for obedience to traffic control devices. The violation occurred on Sept. 29 at 6:59 a.m. in the 600 block of Mauch Chunk Road.
Ryan Shupp, 30, of 7515 Pohopoco Drive, Kunkletown, was cited for obedience to traffic control devices. The violation occurred on Sept. 29 at 6:40 a.m. in the 600 block of Mauch Chunk Road.
A citation was issued to Christopher Kaspern, 18, of 175 Balsam Way, Palmerton, for traffic control signals. The violation occurred on Sept. 23 at 7:27 p.m. at Delaware Avenue and Fifth Street.
