Employee, employer dispute

State police at Schuylkill Haven are investigating an incident that occurred outside a Schuylkill County business involving a former employee and employer.

Troopers said the incident occurred about 1:08 a.m. on Sept. 28 in the parking lot of E&T Eatery, in North Manheim Township.

Troopers said John C. Rodriguez, 42, of Auburn, who is the owner of the eatery, and Rebecca A. Mohl., 19, of Schuylkill Haven, a former employee, engaged in a verbal argument.

The argument escalated resulting in Rodriguez shattering the right side mirror of Mohl's 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Damages were estimated at $230.05.

Troopers said a charge of criminal mischief is pending against Rodriguez.
