Retail theft arrests

Pocono Mountain Regional police reported on two persons arrested for retail theft over the past weekend.

On Sunday, Oct. 16, about 8:50 p.m. officers were called to the Wal-Mart store in Mt. Pocono for two persons in custody of store security for theft.

Police allege that Neseree Fata, 19, of Tobyhanna, and a 13-year-old juvenile concealed merchandise on their person and attempted to leave the store without paying for it.

The two were issued citations and released.
