Driver facing DUI count in Rush
A Ringtown man faces charges following an accident in Rush Township on Oct. 18.
John L. Lacy, 37, was discovered along Ben Titus Road at 1:12 a.m., sitting behind the wheel of his vehicle. He appeared to be in a heavily intoxicated state.
Driving under the Influence (DUI) charges are pending blood tests taken at the Pottsville Hospital, township police said.
